About the Class

This class is Open-level. Prior experience is recommended but not required. Beginners Welcome!
Class develops from elements of classical modern techniques, ballet and jazz. Ms. Colleen begins with a full body warm-up, emphasizing gross body movement patterns followed by more isolated movement patterns for strengthening and stretching. Class progresses over the hour to incorporate standing and floor progressions focused on musicality, culminating in a short combination weekly. Ms. Colleen is attentive and able to accommodate different levels in the room, from beginner to fast beginner/intermediate.
